Scope of work

WA Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides short-form video editing services for social media platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Each order covers the editing of raw footage you provide into a polished, publish-ready video.

Payment terms

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin work. The remaining 50% is invoiced upon delivery.
• For monthly retainer plans: Month 1 is paid 50/50 (deposit + delivery). Subsequent months are paid in full at the start of each month.
• Retainer plans have a 3-month minimum commitment.
• Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Turnaround

We guarantee delivery within 48 hours of receiving your footage and brief. This applies to standard orders. Priority turnaround is included with 5-Reel and 10-Reel packs. If we fail to deliver within the guaranteed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund of that edit.

Revisions

• All packages include 2 rounds of revisions per reel.
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be charged at our discretion.
• Revisions cover changes to pacing, captions, transitions, and music — not reshooting or providing new footage.

Ownership and usage rights

You retain full ownership of your raw footage. Upon final payment, you receive full usage rights to the edited video. We may request permission to use completed work in our portfolio (with your approval).

Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first edit after both revision rounds, we will refund your deposit in full. This guarantee applies to first-time clients only and must be claimed within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellations

• One-off orders: You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of your deposit. Once editing has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Retainer plans: You may cancel after the 3-month minimum with 30 days' written notice.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue or views.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
